Cancellations and Refunds
At Hanae, we want you to love your jewellery and your shopping experience with us. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please read the policy below for guidance.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hanaeglobalofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We have 3 days of return policy. We currently accept returns and offer refunds only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will assess the case and guide you through the return process if eligible.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition with packaging intact. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or custom-made orders, unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
